Where we ship

FireBuyz currently ships to valid delivery addresses within the United States.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on FireBuyz orders delivered within the United States. FireBuyz may select the carrier and service based on destination, package requirements and service availability.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after successful payment and order verification. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues or other circumstances outside our control.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery issues

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, materially incorrect or incomplete, email info@firebuyz.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting details.
