14-day return window

Eligible return requests should be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery. Contact info@firebuyz.com before sending a product back.

Return condition

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, unopened, complete and in their original saleable packaging. Opened, used, altered, incomplete or customer-damaged products may not qualify for a discretionary return, subject to applicable law.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items

If you receive a materially incorrect item, or an item arrives visibly damaged or has an eligible defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate.

Return shipping

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If FireBuyz confirms that an incorrect item was shipped or an eligible issue is attributable to fulfillment, we will provide the appropriate resolution.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed after returned goods are received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by FireBuyz.
